i have 3 virtual servers, on different hosts, showing wrong time. other machines on domain time domain controller. i have been making changes on 1 server ensure works. server showing getting time host machine (vm ic time synchronization provider). attempted: w32tm /config /syncfromflags:domhier /update stopped , started w32time service, checked source again. showing local cmos clock. i have tried several things, including setting peer list required domain controller, source remains cmos clock. i've switched time integration services off on host, understand not ideal thing do, i'm @ loss. please help well should time domain , long have host time synchronization disabled, shouldn't time that. might want restart guest after changing integration services, make sure gets update. hello. that's problem: need configure computer settings based on logging user. target setting "set roaming profile path users logging onto computer". if user belongs specific group, apply policy computers in ou, if not - deny. tried doing in test environment: created user group "roaming users" created separate ou, put affected computers into created gpo linked ou, in security filtering added "roaming users" (read, apply) the following occurs: if leave authenticated users (read, apply) in filtering, users logging onto pc have profiles roaming. if remove apply property, nobody have profiles roaming. tested , without loopback - result same. , don't want create group of computers (maybe except using wildcards in wmi) any ideas? looking wmi filtering, not sure. preventing advices configuring roaming profiles property of user: in production have different locations , slow links between. configure separate gpos each 1 different target ...

ok have found few threads similar issues, , think i've covered questions asked there: we running wsus 3.0 sp2 (version 3.2.7600.226), on server 2003 , 2008r2.  has been running fine long time.   sp2 installed around the time released.  we began deploying windows 7 64bit clients, , reporting in windows vista enterprise edition.   clients otherwise seem be receiving/installing updates successfully. windows 7 32 bit clients appear correctly (we have enterprise, , ultimate versions). this occurs across several downstream servers.  use gpo's set wsus server value etc. it works fine in other instances.  the problem occurs across different client hardware (vmware machines, laptops, desktops).  common thread windows 7 enterprise sp1, , 64bit os versions.  any ideas on how resolve issue? hi, know, issue occurred when using wsus sp1. other possible issue, suggest you check these clients see whether may ...
