Mail Merge "Skip Record If" myMailMergeField != current Windows username?


i automating mail merge putting mail merge data sql database table.  1 record (document) produced in mail merge.  table contains 1 record @ time.

i write out multiple records database table, including column windows username, , in mail merge, use current windows username select record use mailmerge.  use "skip record if" usernamefield != current windows username.

does make sense?  possible?  if has done vb script, can tell me how it?
