Microsoft File Server Migration Toolkit 1.2 on 2012r2 x64?

can microsoft file server migration toolkit 1.2 installed , used on 2012 r2 x64 server migrate data to it from 2003 x86 server?

fsmt 1.2 doesn't support windows 2012 , 2012 r2. in these systems fsmt 1 of system's features can install using server manager. here entire process explained: https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/114259-migrate-file-server-using-the-file-server-migration-toolkit-within-server-2012-r2. migration path windows 2003 x86 windows 2012 r2 supported.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
