HELP!! Chaged the net bios name of Domain Controller and it's down.

hello everyone,

i've made grave error.  have accidentally changed netbios name of domain controller.  has rendered useless active directory won't load.  can't change because give me error cannot contact domain controller authenticate administrator.  has ever done , there easy fix since that's thing changed.  before 1 asks not backed , not virtual server.

before going further, can try logon domain admin account again see if can succeed?

if we rename domain controller through system properties dialog box instead of using netdom tool, dns , active directory replication latency may delay ability of clients locate or authenticate renamed domain controller. length of latency depends on our network design , replication topology of our organization.

in addition, next time, if want rename domain controller, it's recommended use netdom it.
