NTFS limitations; changing cluster size on spanned volume Windows 2003 Server

i have windows 2003 server sp2 has 3 volumes c: (boot) d: (data) e: (spanned data volume), e: 1 question about, spanned ntfs volume containing 9 disks , 15.8tb size, volume believe created default cluster size (4kb believe default) , if true not extend beyond 16tb allocated.  there way change cluster size without reformatting; or recreating entire spanned volume without losing or having backup or restore of data?

anyone know error , how fix it?

type:  error  source: ldm  event id: 2

description code:  (c000000d)

as mentioned in article provided zephyrhu, third party tool may format volume without data lose, still recommanded backup important data before hard disk opration.
