ISCSI LUN connected Hyper-V Server 2012 does not show in diskpart list disk

i have server 2012 hyper-v install.  has 2 nics 1 access , 1 storage.  have connected iscsi lun using iscsicpl.  have setup windows 8 machine remote management , can connect hyper-v server using hyper-v manager, computer management , server manager snap-ins.

problem: though have connected iscsi lun not show in diskpart> list disk or in windows 8 computer management.  shows hyper-v install disk.

any suggestions missed show can format etc. use?

targets list:
    iqn.2010-09.org.openindiana:1361908760

diskpart> list disk

the windows server 2012 host server, server core?

did mean run command “diskpart” in windows 8 computer, have tried command in hyper-v host server?
