Help with errors on migration from win2k to win2k8
hello everybody. sorry poor english, hope may problem.
scenario: old server machine (only server in network), win2k sp4 ad, dns, dhcp.
new machine, win2k8 r2 foundation, should replace old server services: old server going dismissed asap.
first of all, ran adprep (/forestprep , domainprep , gpprep) on win2k. done without problem.
after that, launched dcpromo on win2k8, installed dns , gc too.
after this, transferred 5 fsmo roles win2k win2k8 machine. till here, no problem.
after this, stopped dhcp on win2k, , installed , configured dhcp on new machine. set scope options assign itsself (with ip 192.168.0.200) clients.
after this, hoped fine, instead...tons of problems.
if shut down win2k machine (which have not demoted yet), , restart win2k8 server, takes 10 minutes or more show me logon screen, remaining on "applying computer settings". clients, takes abnormal time (1 minute or more) show desktop after login. doesn't verify if win2k machine running.
further that, if win2k8 machine started win2k not running, have these errors in event viewer:
error 5781: dynamic registration or deletion of 1 or more dns records associated dns domain 'forestdnszones.palermo.dom.'
error 7031: server infrastructure license service service terminated unexpectedly.
error 2092: server owner of following fsmo role, not consider valid. partition contains fsmo, server has not replicated of partners since server has been restarted. replication errors preventing validation of role. operations require contacting fsmo operation master fail until condition corrected.
error 2087: active directory domain services not resolve following dns host name of source domain controller ip address. error prevents additions, deletions , changes in active directory domain services replicating between 1 or more domain controllers in forest. security groups, group policy, users , computers , passwords inconsistent between domain controllers until error resolved, potentially affecting logon authentication , access network resources.
error 13562: following summary of warnings , errors encountered file replication service while polling domain controller server2008.palermo.dom frs replica set configuration information.
not bind domain controller. try again @ next polling cycle.
error 13508: file replication service having trouble enabling replication server server2008 c:\windows\sysvol\domain using dns name server.palermo.dom. frs keep retrying.
error 4013: dns server waiting active directory domain services (ad ds) signal initial synchronization of directory has been completed. dns server service cannot start until initial synchronization complete because critical dns data might not yet replicated onto domain controller. if events in ad ds event log indicate there problem dns name resolution, consider adding ip address of dns server domain dns server list in internet protocol properties of computer. event logged every 2 minutes until ad ds has signaled initial synchronization has completed.

let's start unedited ipconfig /all dcs , problem client, can verify settings.
are aware of 15 user account limit within windows server foundation 2008? no more users able logon.
