FTP rights (w2k8) VS NTFS rights
little confused following , appreciate if provide help.
install ftp windows 2008. ftp managing shared folder on file server permissioned ntfs.
have disabled anonymous authentication , enabled basic authentication. have created local user account (userftp) read/write permissions share folder.
have seen userftp able read/write shared folder thought local user doesn't have nfts rights particular share.
make sense? can please clarify?
