how to install and use powershell modules in windows server 2008

hai....am running window server 2008 domain controller , want administer domain using powershell cmdlets can't figure out how install powershell module or use cmdlets....every appreciated.

commands in ad module are supported on windows server 2008 r2 , windows 7, use them windows 2008, should download adws , install rsat on windows 7, more details:
