Enable Powershell Remote - security issue?


hi all!

i love able run powershell remotely on servers, wondering. considered safe/best practice?

i'm in process of enabling nagios monitoring on maaany servers. requires me install/enable/configure snmp on servers, forcing me log servers , doing manually.

with powershell, remotely - so, safe enable it?

and, can done pushing or have log in servers , enable it? (like http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/powershell/powershell_remote.htm )

true, powershell remoting opens port on computer, communications still encrypted.  requires specific account gain access remote machine.

there options remotely configuring powershell remoting.  1 way via gpos if have them.  example:
