Clustered MSDTC failed to restart and bring online

hi experts,

firstly, installed windows server 2008 r2 cluster on hyper-v, , installed cluster msdtc failover cluster manager, succeeded.

however, when configure msdtc security in computer services, saied can't restart msdtc. now, can see msdtc resources failed start in failover cluster manager. also, can't bring msdtc online. can see 1069 , 1205 error in error logs. below screenshot:

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
