Autochk.exe not found then blue screen

autochk program not found - skipping autocheck

stop: c000021a {fatal system error}  session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000).  system has been shut down.

i have tried startrep.exe

bootrec.exe /fixboot etc.

when searching file through "repair computer" command prompt can see autochk.exe sitting in system32 folder, reason when booting doesn't find it.

 

any suggestions?

try performing in-place upgrade of os if recommendations not help.
