Windows 10 Computers Not Preferring Internal WSUS Server

we have recent install of wsus on server 2012 r2 (6.3 version of wsus believe).  have patch 3095113 installed on wsus server. setup working fine , have clients communicating/reporting wsus on ports https 8531(with internally enterprise pki signed certificate) , http 8530.  problem i'm having windows 10 (pro ver. 1511) machines pointing wsus server downloading updates through internet , not directly wsus server expect.  i'm compared output of powershell command (get-windowsupdatelog) small sample of 5 of windows 10 machines , cannot find reason why logs these machines list "downloading http://internal_wsus_server_name:8530/content..."  majority of time list "downloading http://tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/..."  or other online microsoft repository.  appear using bits transfer protocol hit microsoft servers online as when download our internal wsus.

have 1 of 5 machines appears have never downloaded our internal wsus server though reporting fine internal wsus server.  can find no difference in 1 computers' settings compared rest.

windows 10 machines using same windows update gpo settings our windows 7 machines use.  windows 7 machines downloading updated internally our wsus server , not appear reaching out download microsoft servers.

windows update logs not indicate specific errors communicating our internal wsus server.  show reporting correctly.

on few of windows 10 machines, have manually set option under advanced windows update settings >  choose how updates delivered > updates more 1 place = off.  setting not appear have impact on issue seeing.  machines still reaching out online microsoft update locations way more downloading our internal wsus.   

these windows 10 machine chewing quite bit of bandwidth , i'd see if knows way force them or have them prefer our internal wsus server or settings allow them use our internal wsus downloading.  i've seen posts disabling bits, i'm hesitant go extreme fear of breaking else.  can provide appreciated.

in lab, win10 clients download updates wsus server correctly.

1. please check registry keys in hkey_local_machine\software\policies\microsoft\windows\windowsupdate\au, check if gpos are applied correctly , registry key's value correct.

2. may post windowsupdate log here further troubleshooting.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
