win server 2012 two node cluster, local "cliuser" issue

i have 2 node windows server 2012 stn cluster few sql instances installed inside it.  recently in security event log see these errors on both nodes:

an attempt made reset account's password.

subject:
security id: system
account name: <>$
account domain: <>
logon id: 0x3e7

target account:
security id: lcoalmachinename\cliusr
account name: cliusr
account domain: localmachine name

==

when @ local account on both nodes, see password set never expire, , not able reset.  i quite confused then, how above happen.  any advice or ideas appreciated.

let me circle on thread.  have had opportunity investigate issue , have identified bug windows server 2012.  the issue there is process runs every 3 minutes setting cliusr password on , on again.  password not being changed, being set same value.  results in false positive event , spew of benign events can safely ignored.

this issue has been fixed in win2012 r2, no longer set in process.  result cliusr password set when changed, , result logging trigger when appropriate.
