Windows 2003 server DOM losing file share connectivity
we have windows 2003 r2 sp2 64 bit server dom running exchange 2007 ver 08.01.0393.001
after several days file shares stop working , server has rebooted fix.
this 1 of 3 dom servers. not primary functions.
users attempt login , hang trying hit file share. there login script on share trying accessed.
if try manually hit file share fails also. once server rebooted ok until next time.
in attempt fix have applied recommended patches. made registry changes based on kb articles.
one set sixreqbuf 656535 , 2 set sharing violation delay 0 (sharingviolationdelay , sharingviolationretries)
neither of these made difference.
no errors seem posted in event log.
has else seen or have other ideas on try?

do have anti-virus software installed on server?
symantec solution available “network path not found” , other errors.
