Publish Events to domain controller event viewer

i have domain controller working on windows 2008 standard , 2 member servers working on windows 2008 web edition ( hosting asp .net applications ). logs member servers published in domain controller or way events both servers in 1 place. allow programmers read application events remotely. how should that. tried connect event viewer remotely mmc without luck ( firewalls opened see in security logs user not login, user memebr has event log reader right assigned )
is there way manager kind of infrastructure 1 place? thankfull help.

generally speaking, if want connect computer via event viewer , read events there, may need member of domain admins group perform procedure. detailed information listed in following articles:

however, if using non-administrative account, can use administrative account selecting "connect user" on select computer dialog box.

 

we suggest use above method. if want grand non-domain admin member perform task, can set event log acl changing registry or group policy following article lists:

i not suggest try method, complicated , may bring serious problems if modify registry incorrectly.
