PDC SRV record missing in DNS - Howto recreate

we have domain 4 dc's. 3 08 , 1 03. while ago transferred fsmo roles 03 server 1 of 08 servers without errors. without cause several functions depend on machines , servers being able locate pdc emulator stopped working. dfs structure cant edited, fsmo roles cant transferred dr site etc...

dcdiag comprehensive checks came error:

missing srv record @ dns server [ip of dc]:
_ldap._tcp.pdc._msdcs.local.test
[error details: 9003 (type: win32 - description: dns name not exist.)]

so, checked on current pdc , yes pdc srv record missing. later on thought check old pdc emulator , reason still has srv registration, although pointing new pdc emulator (the 08 server). cause , if how sort out. tried dcdiag /fix without luck. tried ipconfig /flushdns , ipconfig /registerdns. after restarted netlogon service, still did nothing. in event viewer did notice netlogon event id 5781.

what next?

the fsmo roles has been transfered sucessfully dc1.since srv record missing ensure register connection's addresses in dns" checkbox not cleared on online nic. disabled unrequired nic , run ipconfig/flushdns , ipconfig /registerdns , restart netlogon service.see below link dns setting on dc.

dear all hope 1 faced issue , can me solution member server migration. i'm in process of intraforest migration using admt 3.1, have established trust between domains. domain (source domain) have both dc's running on windows 2003 functional level windows 2003 , while in domain b ( target domain )we have both windows 2008 , windows 2003 domain same functional level of windows 2003. have installed exchange 2007 sp2 in domain b. have installed admt in domain b , created necessary service acct used migration purpose , provide them whatever privileges required on both source , target domain. issue user , group migration done, while member server migration failed eventhough migration service account added local admin group of these member servers in source domain need migrated , domain local setting policy network access has been enabled llcsrpc, browser, netlogon ...(named pipes can accessed anonymously.) also have unistall , install microsoft network client services gett...
