Printer Pooling issue

hi all

i have 2 hp laserjet p2055dn printers on printer pool have strange errors occur when pages output either of printers when paired in pool.

when added pool queue following;

when print workstation using ms word (with bog standard doc no formatting) print preferences set server force users print double sided.

i try , print 5 pages double-sided out single sided first page printed in portrait, second page landscape output has stretched text fit page.

i using current up-to-date pcl6 hp drivers.

all testing has been done printing server side , testing our win7 , winxp desktops on network.

in addition test base unable edit printer properties , crashes explorer.exe on win7 , closes version of word 2003 sp3 (on xp pro sp3)

i have tested each individual printer queue try , replicate & work fine when not in printer pool.

any advice appreciated

use p2050 driver included in windows not have network config service included.
