Error opening settings in hyper-v 2012 clustered VMs

hello,

we have 2 nodes hyper-v cluster, 2 vms in each node. working fine, can't open settings of none of vms in none of nodes. error appears if click on "connect" is:

"an error occurred trying find virtual machine 'xxxx' on computer 'xxx'. computer 'localhost' failed perform requested operation because out of memory or disk space."

and error appears if click click on vms's "settings" is:

"devices cannot displayed virtual machine. hyper-v encountered error trying access object on computer 'localhost' because object not found. object might have been deleted, or might not have permission perform task. verify virtual machine management service on computer running. if service running, try perform task again using run administrator."

we trying open "administrator" account, , have restarted both servers. vms exchange 2010 servers , working fine, , can connect them through terminal services.

thanks in advance.
