Erro na tentativa de adicionar servidor no domínio windows server 2012

pessoal, estou tentando adicionar um servidor num domínio windows server 2012 r2, onde já tenho outros servidores já adicionados. alguém poderia me dar uma dica que pode ser o problema na imagem abaixo. lembrando já revisei o dns no domínio e se o ip servidor que preciso adicionar não está duplicado na rede. ambos estão ok.

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
