Double logon to RDS


in rds environment have 4 servers, 1 connection broker, 1 gateway server (license server) , 2 session host servers. have load balancing setup between 2 session hosts servers , dns round robin in dns server. problem users getting double logon screen (enter password twice) during logons. way of getting around to shutdown 1 of session hosts servers.

what’s operating system running on rds servers?

we can enable single-sign-on configuring credentials delegation group policy setting, can found under computer configuration\administrative templates\system\credentials delegation.
