Can't view all the computers in my network on WSUS Console


hello everyone,

windows server 2008 r2

wsus 3.0

the issue is: can't view computers in network on wsus console

1/ installed windows server update services (wsus)
followed steps how install windows server update services ( wsus ) correctly following steps on technet.microsoft.com

2/ edit group policy management (gp)
open "group policy management" console
right click "edit" "default domain policy" , took me "group policy management editor"

changed "windows update" setting under "group policy management editor"
doing "computer configuration > policies > administrative templates > windows components > windows updates"

fyi: go cmd , type "gpupdate" apply updates right away without waiting automatic one

3/ launch windows server update services (wsus)

a/ run wsus wizard

ran wsus server configuration wizard under option on left panel , followed running the 

synchronization.

|-----> synchronize microsoft update , press on next |

|specify proxy server |
|-----> left blank ( won't using proxy server) , press on next |
| |
|connect upstream server |
|-----> press on "start connecting" , wait until it's done, press on next |

|choose product |
|-----> select product needed , press on next |
| |
|choose classifications |
|-----> select classification needed , press on next |
| |
|configure sync schedule |
|-----> synchronize automatically , press on next |
| |
|finished |
|-----> check "begin initial synchronization" , press on next |
| |
|what's next |
|-----> it open menu if click on 1 of 4 links |
| -----> press on finish |

fyi: synchronization might take hours if it's run first time

b/ computer group settings

go "options" under "update services" , click on "computers"
change option "use group policy or registery settings on computers."
, click on "ok"

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

final result:

(only 4 computers showing) being under same operating system, missing 7 computers used hosts windows 7 running on vm

 you have to apply wsus gpo policy computers ou(or ou computers incelude).
