Word Insert Caption
when apply style caption, style change entire paragraph text, example, have following paragraph caption (exhibit 1):
"a developing low pressure system in dakotas stall near international border evening (exhibit 1) bringing significant rain tonight , tuesday parts of southeastern saskatchewan , southern manitoba," ec says. "general rainfall totals of 30 50 mm expected before system moves off wednesday."
when apply style to exhibit 1, format of paragraph changes according style.
question: how apply style caption , not paragraph?
if have 50 captions, means have manually re-adjust paragraphs original format individually format captions.
thank you....
you can't control paragraph style word uses when insert caption. word use built-in caption style.
however, can set exhibit number autotext entry, desired formatting applied, , insert instead of relying on references | insert caption.
