Domain Machines get Automatic Disable and delete.

hi,

i have environment of domain controller on server 2008 r2 sp1, forest functional level  , domain functional level windows server 2003. in environment have 3 domain controllers, 2 on site , 1 on site b. replication between domain controllers healthy , happens on every 15 minutes. 1 of domain controller on site holds 5 fsmo of domain.

everything on domain controller running fine till now, having issues domain machines. domain machines getting deleted time getting disabled automatically. , generates event id of 5723. deleted machines of windows 7 sp1 , windows xp sp3.

error occurs on event id this.

the session setup computer 'hostname' failed because security database not contain trust account 'hostname$' referenced specified computer.  

user action  
if first occurrence of event specified computer , account, may transient issue doesn't require action @ time.  if read-only domain controller , 'hostname$' legitimate machine account computer 'hostname' 'hostname' should marked cacheable location if appropriate or otherwise ensure connectivity domain controller  capable of servicing request (for example writable domain controller).  otherwise, following steps may taken resolve problem:  

if 'hostname$' legitimate machine account computer 'hostname', 'hostname' should rejoined domain.  

if 'hostname$' legitimate interdomain trust account, trust should recreated.  

otherwise, assuming 'hostname$' not legitimate account, following action should taken on 'hostname':  

if 'hostname' domain controller, trust associated 'hostname$' should deleted.  

if 'hostname' not domain controller, should disjoined domain.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
