dhcploc assistance

when running dchploc <myipaddress> (10.0.0.3) i following:

18:20:38    offer (ip)10.0.3.115      (s)10.0.0.10       ***

10.0.0.10 valid dhcp server based on documentation i've read *** indicates unauthorized dhcp server.  i've checked authorization status on 10.0.0.10 , says it's authorized.  can me interpret dhcploc output?  heck offer information too?  i've looked on dhcploc output documentation , can't find beyond *** means , seems inaccurate.  in advance
