Using GPMCs Scripts without GPMC console

when install gpmc on windows server, folder in c:\program files\gpmc created contaning folder "scripts".
folder contain scripts useful getreportsforallgpos.wsf or listallgpos.wsf
use scripts without installing gpmc console.

when copy scripts , run in cmd on windows server 2003 dc where gpmc not installed crash following message:

c:\>cscript listallgpos.wsf

on server can't create object

i think gpmc's install process set dll , registry key purpose run gpmc scripts without gpmc console. 
manually set settings allow scripts run correctly.

could me find wich settings have set manually running scripts.

the group policy management console (gpmc) comprehensive administrative tool group policy management.

to install gpmc windows xp or windows server 2003 computer have installation package:
group policy management console service pack 1

since gpmc become feature form windows vista , windows server 2008, can install package use script @ kind of system.

we don’t have method manually install gpmc script feature on windows server 2003, if need gpmc script feature, may install gpmc sample scripts on windows server 2008 or windows vista or later version.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
