W2K3 User Password Policy: List of banned words for passwords?

we used have same password throughout our organisation never expired , have persuaded powers that mightily bad idea.

same powers not want overly complicated passwords (which result of password complexity setting) have set passwords renew every 30 days without other enforcements.

don't want users deciding firstly use either user name, company name or "password" , secondly prevent them using same password more once (which believe can done via password policies).

there doesn't appear option list "banned" words passwords.

ideas on can do?
