Access to specific programs by Users


i'm using windows server 2008 enterprise on cloud server. have set different user accounts each division of company own log-in credentials. have downloaded several different software programs administrator account want assign usage of specific divisions within own login areas.

i know super easy , missing it's glaring simplicity sure use helpful input...

based on knowledge, recommend define application control policies via gpo limit privilege of software different divisions.

 

you can use applocker following requirements:

 

1.       to prevent malicious software (malware) , unsupported applications affecting computers in environment.

 

2.       to prevent users installing , using unauthorized applications.

 

3.       to implement application control policy satisfy security policy or compliance requirements in organization.
