XP PC can not access shares on Windows Server 2012 Essentials

hello, having issue accessing shared folders on windows server 2012 essentials on dell inspiron 1100 running xp pro sp3 have changed of workgroup computers names match servers netbios , of other computers have access shares except inspiron 1100 when trying access share told don't have access not offered prompt enter user name , password denied access. know how around or fix issue xp have , issue server 2012 or vice versa. can access server using remote desktop not shared folders seems weird me.

i'd read sbs2012e did not support xp client operating system. such didn't recommend upgrading previous version server 2012 since w've still got several machines never upgraded xp. perhaps level of support i'm thinking related full backups.

dear all hope 1 faced issue , can me solution member server migration. i'm in process of intraforest migration using admt 3.1, have established trust between domains. domain (source domain) have both dc's running on windows 2003 functional level windows 2003 , while in domain b ( target domain )we have both windows 2008 , windows 2003 domain same functional level of windows 2003. have installed exchange 2007 sp2 in domain b. have installed admt in domain b , created necessary service acct used migration purpose , provide them whatever privileges required on both source , target domain. issue user , group migration done, while member server migration failed eventhough migration service account added local admin group of these member servers in source domain need migrated , domain local setting policy network access has been enabled llcsrpc, browser, netlogon ...(named pipes can accessed anonymously.) also have unistall , install microsoft network client services gett...
