Windows Firewall Service Crashes on Windows Server 2012

hello team,

i facing issues windows firewall service in new windows 2012 r2 deployments. when try start firewall service wont start , throws error message check system event logs information

the windows firewall service terminated following service-specific error: 
data invalid.

i deployed os on vm running latest vm tools , hw version running on esxi 5.1 u1

2 gb ram, 1 vcpu

os deployed through iso downloaded ms portal , license activated through kms system, performed couple of reboots well.

any advise on issue? sure of might have faced same issue

1. vmware support forum , knowledge base may give more specific advice.

2. windows services may dependent on service(s). analyze these dependences. after understand implications of vmware firewall function.

3. more detailed info event log needed analysis (event id, etc)

4. hope have connectivity configured correctly.
