suggestions on DHCP approach - need two ranges with different lease times

we need deploy dhcp server can following:

1. dhcp request routed dhcp server our wireless controller (at ip address 192.168.1.2), give address in range 192.168.1.10-.20, lease of 8 hours.

2. other dhcp request, give address in range 192.168.1.21-.30.

here details: our laptops getting 1 address ethernet nic , second address wireless nic when onto wireless in our office.  result have many machines getting 2 addresses dhcp server , running out.  want have scope wireless clients , different scope wired clients.

our wireless network set the access points talk to a wireless controller, which forwards dhcp requests wireless clients dhcp server.

we have windows 2008 , 2012 available solve issue.  or else.  we'll buy solve this issue.

can move wireless network other subnet? can create new scope on dhcp server. dhcp server can serve wireless clients of dhcp relay agent(in case, it's wireless controller).
