Error: Could not retrieve the virtual desktop template details for XXXX

i have master disk image. used copy of on server 2012r2 host create personal virtual desktop collection. worked expected.

i used copy of same vhdx build template vm (with more memory, , cpus).

no mater do, when create new collection second template, not helpful error: "could not retrieve virtual desktop template details xxxx".

could permission thing? since used copy of same vhdx build template, , it's working, know it's been sysprep'ed properly.

any suggestions? there logs at?

what’s operating system of master vm?

please note client os can used master vm, , needs generation 1 vm.

on windows server 2012 r2 physical host, supported client virtual desktops windows 8/8.1,and windows 7 rdp 8.0 installed.
