i using windows 7 enterprise 64 bit sp1 edition , model of laptop dell l attitude e6430 . got below blue dump error multiple time

could 1 me how can troubleshoot issue , have checked mini dump file via blue screen viewer not able find .sys driver issue.

it caused neofltr_720_21697.sys driver, part of juniper networks secure application manager. i had installed on 1 of computers , remember got few bsods because it. solution same ngfilter.sys - either need update or remove software.
by way, applications installed on computer, guess office computer having issues with, might idea address them company's support.
