Windows 2008 SP2 installation failure using WSUS and with error 0x80070643

i getting wsus installation failure windows server 2008 sp2 x64, showing error 0x80070643. doing research wsus update log, found .net 3.5 sp1 update had failed months ago. used ms .net cleanup utility uninstall .net 3.5 framework. rebooted server, reinstalled .net 3.5 sucessfully, updated security updates needed, retried sp2 install, same result. have included last part of wsus update log review. have ideas?
