Net use system error 67

we using windows 2008 r2 server.

i can map network drive sharepoint site either using windows explorer map netwrok drive utility or using command line.

either way works fine.

however, if take command put in command line , put in dos batch file, command fails system error 67.

the command using is:
net use y: http://myoffice.company.net/international/sales/shared%20documents1/<//a>

this works command line not when run batch file.

any ideas? have tried using ip address instead same error comes up.
