dhcp – services started

net logon services started

i don't believe have group policies preventing logging in.

dns setup

round robin not enabled.  dynamic updates enabled – secure 7 days.

the server name abcsbs01.local appears every occurrence of valid iip address (192.168.0.2).   the old  ip address (192.168.0.8) listed server name in dns setup along current ip addressof server in domaindnszones & forestdnszones in dns setup

we have done, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /registerdns, dcdiag /fix, net stop netlogin, net start netlogin.

when run dcdiag again, still error guid <long number>._msdcs.jsr.local) couldn't resolved, server name (jsrsbs01.jsr.local) resolved ip address (192.168.0.2) , pingable.  check ip address registered correctly dns server.   abcsbs01 failed test connectivity

other dcdiag tests pass.

where enter name of server overcome unknown error in dns name?

we have looked through event logs , haven’t found looks particularly informative.

where else need check/look overcome login problem believe preventing access exchange mail boxes via outlook?
