hi steve,

thank post.

the time infrastructure
.domain clients/server sync time dc servers
.dc servers sync time pdc server
.pdc server sync time external time source

to show local computer time source, run command "w32tm /query /source".
configure pdc external time source , run command "w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:time.windows.com,0x01 /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update".
find other time server http://www.pool.ntp.org/ replace time.windows.com.

if there more inquiries on issue, please feel free let know.

regards
