hi,

in brief, no.

network access protection (nap) enforcement virtual private networking (vpn) deployed vpn enforcement server component , vpn enforcement client component. using enforcement method, vpn servers can enforce health policy when client computers attempt connect network using vpn connection.

wsha , wshv provide following functionality nap-capable computers:

  • the client computer has firewall software installed , enabled.
  • the client computer has antivirus software installed , running.
  • the client computer has current antivirus updates installed.
  • the client computer has antispyware software installed , running.
  • the client computer has current antispyware updates installed.
  • microsoft update services enabled on client computer.

therefore, can’t use exe file condition of nap.
