Bad things in Windows 10

first:

i don't understand why put "settings" feature in windows 10 pc!!!

you literally did copy/paste control panel older windows versions , placed "settings" feature avoid make changes in control panel?!

yeah have tablet mode , can use windows 10 pc use or tablet...

then 2 different modes... pc have control panel it's features , tablet mode have "settings"

this.... thing, right literally crap.

second:

why "customize" in start menu options disabled?

why task bar , top of window programs haven't option opacity?!

fourth:

when wan't see/open disk(s), always... these years... in many versions of windows... going "my computer"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , now... going crappy-named "this pc" -_-

literally did this????????! , btw icon awfull default icon..!

fifth:

close, minimize, maximize buttons doesn't buttons anymore... don't know if exists windows 8 perhaps didn't wanted see what's going on in there in windows 10 saw... terrible quality buttons.

sixth:

there few (or bunch people), programs installed thing they're doing covering storage. (like weather, sports, maps, money, news etc.)

literally why bringing these programs users without asking them if want's them? mean reason of "store" exists... wants of these programs, can download them here...

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
