Global Replacement to Q & A paragraph headers produces all caps


i transcribe interviews formatted questions begin a  "q:" , answers "a:". time time need go global change these identifiers upper/lower case alternatives, eg, q intended "john smith" , intended "jane jones." word consistent produces "john smith" , "jane jones". how change caps formatting?

expand the find , replace dialog show options "more >>". set checkbox @ "match case".
