howto get windows 10 mail notifications for ALL inbox email?

in windows 8 there option notification sender. in windows 10 option gone , notification (live tile , notification list) i've gotten email outlook.com while other inbox mail (urgent important job mail) have given me no notification

design? decides mail deserves notification? maybe u can lemme choose notification inbox mail? urgent critical job mail

there change account sync settings available if select account under mail settings/account:

this might affect notification.

please check , see if make difference.

meanwhile, take use of windows feedabck tool submit if above won't work.
