non genuine windows server 2008r2 license

my laptop using operating system using webspark license.

last month, ,my laptop getting saying non genuine.

when run microsoft genuine advantage or open control panel  ,it disapper.i call microsoft malaysia support.she said valid , ask email microsoft.. when try email  via web.the system not working.. found way ask microsoft  and writing know what's wrong os.
