Windows Server 2012 R2 Domaincontroller with DNS, one NIC two static IP Adress

hello, deploy new infrastructure @ customer 2 new dc's. 1 dc physical, other virtual.

we give dc's 2 static ip adresses, 1 windows environment , global ip adress management , other non windows service, global ip dns resolution, with 1 nic only (only 1 ip registred on dns via registry).

primary ip: 10.0.10.1

second ip: 10.0.9.1

i'v reed many kb's , ms entry's how actuall , today have dc 2 static ip adress ?

- supported or not support microsoft ?

- how best practice in case ?

best regards

no microsoft article mentions not supported. however, remains non recommended practice.

you can think disabling automatic dns registration , publishing dc records manually ip address want used contact after dns resolution. way can avoid unecessary problems multihoming might cause.
