Unable to apply GPO on 209 clients (RPC Issues)

i in process of cross forest dc migration environment of 400 users, first have configured gpo add dns suffix search domains current clients of old domain upon applying policy rpc server unavailable or rpc cancelled or access denied sometimes.

i have checked domains (4) health , replication , looks well. 

i connected 1 of clients has issue make sure these clients joined domain , using proper dns list. checked if domain has correct hostname appears in domain , looked fine.

i disabled kaspersky firewall on client , disabled windows firewall client still same issue occur .

when trying connect of these clients hostname browse c$ folder gives error, tried fqdn , had same problem ip connects fine.

i checked rpc service, computer browser service see if running , running. 

i attaching screenshots of gpo policy , error appears when trying browse client folder c$ hostname or fqdn. 

i have tried following didn't fix anything.. hope point me out right direction

  1. checked dns (servers , clients)
  2. checked relative services (netbios, rpc, computer browser ..etc)
  3. checked firewall (kaspersky , windows) , closed them both.
  4. checked connected dc on clients , pointed clients different dcs  to check if it'll solve problem.
  5. checking dcs replication , health using dcdiag /v 
  6. ran nltest.exe /sc_verify:domain.local , returned success ... 

i attaching 


on 1 of clients have issues have find error on event viewer. 

this computer not able setup secure session domain controller in domain domain.local due folliowing "there no logon servers available service logon request.

the weird thing client have no issues , can logon computer domain member without issues.

hi,

when server scavenges log dns event 2501 indicate how many records scavenged. 

did you refer to the event viewer check result?

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
