Group policy processing
i have problem applying gp ....
in event log have events
error: retrieved account information. error code 0x80090350.
the processing of group policy failed. windows not resolve computer name. caused 1 of more of following:
a) name resolution failure on current domain controller.
b) active directory replication latency (an account created on domain controller has not replicated current domain controller).

while troubleshooting came think "could not resolve computer name" error might related ldap lookup computer account on dc , not dns lookup specifically. gpresult shows domain local , not actual joined domain, pc name not reflected new name, , ou being unpopulated. given , portion of error message stating computer account might not have replicated dc you're hitting, kind of points towards that.
not sure why disabling or clearing tpm fixed unless there's portion of gpo processing in win10 hits tpm , fails if os sees tpm doesn't own , isn't throwing error (or 1 identify).
