Application slow over Windows 2012 R2 RDP than in the ESXi 5.5 Console

hi, have sql 2008 r2 application slower on brand new 2012 r2 rds rdp access in console of esxi 5.5 server.

i access via session broker 2012 r2 rds farm. if start application, going 5-8 sek. if same directly on esx console, going 1 sek. if old 2008 r2 farm!

i have test lot of things, more/less cpu, ram , networ overload disabled, have test have found in www :( nothing helps....

what can be? pleas me, our developer realy angry :) thx.

1. client pc's operating system version?

2. version of mstsc.exe installed on client?  should 6.3.9600

3. application running published remoteapp or running within full remote desktop connection?

4. when refer esxi console saying you log on to the console of server 2012 r2 rdsh server (the same server instance connect via remote desktop) , application opens in 1 second?

5. delay occur?  taking long time launch remoteapp/connect full remote desktop, or taking long time launch application after connected?

6. how connecting 2012 r2 rdsh server?  directly on lan, via rd gateway, wan, vpn, or what?

7. when make full remote desktop connection rdsh server, please click on connection info icon on connection bar.  "the quality of connection remote computer excellent , udp enabled." or different?

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
