Server 2012 fails to install

on 10/5/2012 bought server system porta tech following asus part.

asus motherboard p8b-m
s/n 610839180196
part # 90-msvdl0-g0uay0yz

latest bios firmware on system board.

heads people.  believe maybe microsoft issue, asus.  this system , server 2012 not compatible, yet. works great 2008 2012 not install.  no reason or error code given.  install dvd gets point blue windows logo shows , 3 seconds after message flashes on sereen fast read , system reboots.  failure happens both 2012 release canditate , trial version.  following cd/dvds boot , see hardware; windows 7, server 2003, server 2008 and win-pe.

looking @ www.windowsservercatalog.com, find asus mb not listed supporting windows server 2012.  may asus has not yet released bios upgrade board, if plan on supporting under 2012.  seeing pretty typical board not yet support 2012.

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
