How to use Server 2012 group policy to set 'Override automatic cookie handling' for IE11 on Windows 7

hi all, first posted question here asked repost in forum.

i appreciate advice have been going in circles last hour.

we require access web site uses 3rd party cookies.

ok ...easy enough... ie options... privacy tab....advanced.... check: override automatic cookie handling.

set third-party cookies 'block'... allowed exception particular url on privacy tab....sites.

add parent site in , web page displays fine.

so.... have 100 of these w7 workstations , want use group policy or group policy preference set these values.

i unable locate under computer or user config allows set.

several blogs external ms, criticize ability has been removed in ie/group policy.

i suspect need download missing...

... under user config\preferences\control panel settings\internet settings....i can create 'new internet explorer 10' preference (which reportedly compatible ie 11).

but options of 'sites' , 'advanced' greyed out.

what missing?
