Windows 2012, HP 3PAR but no ODX... what gives?

we large data transfers , odx of great interest me.

have p10000 3pars use host our data , i've stood windows 2012 server on hp blade couple of luns fibre-presented ntfs-formatted disks. couple of data moves on 2012 server today showed no improvement, in terms of times or throughput when compared windows 2008 machine similar setup i'm it's not performing offload.

p10000 using inform 3.1.1 update 1.

has succeeded in using windows 2012 offloads? i'm sure it's possible 3pars; calvin zito demos in hp blog can't work.

ran fltmc command on windows 2012 machine , see 2 filters loaded:luafv c:\ drive , npsvctrig \device\named pipes.

should see filters loaded 3par luns, appearing volumes x:\ , y:\ in windows?. running get-offloaddatatransfersetting | get-storagesubsystem powershell cmdlet likewise shows nothing i'm not sure if should because noted doesn't show smi-s storage subsystems think p10000 be.

test involves simple copy using explorer , robocopy of 4gb iso , 40gb img file lun x lun y guidance gratefully received. @ moment i'm left wondering whether should seeing filter loaded 3par disks have been unable find confirm or deny it. there may haven't done in windows 2012 under impression there nothing set up.

i'm sure i've met other criteria; disks ntfs formatted, basic gpuid partitions, there no compression or encryption

inform os 3.1.1 mu1 not support odx. you'll need os version released work

i'd advise contact hp technical consultant inquire this

Can no longer user MS Update - Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered

hi, i'm new server 2003.  installed it.  removed enhanced ie security.  proceed download , install windows server 2003 sp1, of dot net (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, , updates), , sp2. after downloaded , installed of above, tried windows update menu option in ie.  (ie 8 windows server 2003) , sits there "done" in lower left hand corner.  never brings in window. so try www.microsoft.com -> download , trails -> update.  received error message "files required use microsoft update no longer registered or installed on computer".  click on register or reinstall files me now.  window changes , "check latest version of windows updating software .... ".   sits there (last time sat there on hour). i went on internet , found instructions: regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 atl.dll regsvr32 msxml3.dll did not work either.  have other suggestions?...

How do a find data in one file, search for it in another file and if not found, write a custom message to another file
