wmiprvse.exe very high cpu 100%


i have windows 2008 server r2 start have wmiprvse.exe process high cpu. @ first found sep agent causing problem, thought because have components ccs on same server. thing uninstalled sep agent, problem gone. after 2 months, problem returned. time don't have sep agent, ran procmon , found particular process attempting create , close file, no path or name. thing snowing c:\ , nothing else. process did few things before, @ normal cpu usage. started create , close non-exist file, cpu went 100%. include image of happening. if have clue of be, i'll thankful.
